I did one mile inside on the indoor track as a warmup and then went outside to the coyote farm and back for four more. I felt a little tired from the last couple of runs so I just went nice and easy.

One mile warmup on the indoor track with Joseph and then three more outside. A lot faster than I would have liked. We had 6:40-6:50 for our average pace. I can't do that every day, I need to focus on just getting back into good health.

Did the track warm up stuff and then ran around the indoor track for a while. Then did 1.3 out to the tennis courts and back with Joseph.
